Our small, private and charming property is located at the North end of Marathon on Grassy Key. We offer 11 exceptional units ranging from guest rooms with refrigerators and microwave ovens to efficiencies and one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens - an accommodation to meet your needs. (We even allow your family pets!) Enjoy the heated pool, one of the largest in the middle keys or go out on our complimentary kayaks, canoes or paddle boats. We provide free WIFI, daily maid service and complimentary coffee and tea each morning. We also have a boat ramp and dockage available.

Upon entering the property you will be welcomed by lush tropical landscape, aviaries that are home to Coco our Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo, Happy our Blue & Gold Macaw, Opie and Lola our Cockatiels and Iggy our iguana. Zig & Zag our Sulcata Tortoises have their own custom built dwelling complete with a Tiki Hut. Our swimming pool is elevated revealing an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Across from the pool you will find inviting hammocks and a bit further the sandy area with Tiki Hut, picnic tables and lounge chairs offering the tranquility for a "do nothing day".

Just minutes from the Gulf View are diving and snorkeling boats that can take you out to the only living coral reef in the United States. You can always schedule a fishing charter or if you prefer to stay landlocked you can walk to the Dolphin Research Center for a tour or just relax at the Wreck & Galley Grill and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Keys.
