What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?
Yes, we offer early check in and late check out. Early check in is an option depending on availability. Late check out is an option for a $10/hour fee. Max 2 hours.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy states that if the booking is cancelled within 14 of arrival, the guest is responsible to pay the total balance of the stay. If they decide to cancel more than 14 days in advance, we offer them a voucher that can be used for a year. The deposit (equivalent to the first night) is non-refundable.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
No. Front desk hours are from 9am to 5pm in the slow season and 9am to 6pm in the high season.
What is the minimum age to check in?
The minimum age to check in is 21.

We are 15 to 25 minutes away from those most important places. We are 2 hours from MIA airport.

Yes, the bus passes right on US-1.

We do allow pets up to 35lbs. A $25/night fee applies. Service animals stay for free.
